I’ve been working in the fitness industry since 2012, helping people build strength, move better, and feel more capable in everyday life and sport.My background is in strength and conditioning, with experience coaching a wide range of clients — from general population and golfers, to youth athletes and competitive teams including rugby, GAA, ladies soccer, and Division 1 American Football in the USA.I hold an MSc in Strength & Conditioning, have studied Sports Injuries & Therapy, and have a BSc in Food Business (UCC). This gives me a practical, well-rounded approach to coaching that values long-term progress, resilience and smart training.Rugby was my main sport, representing Munster up to U20 level and continuing to play until 2023. Over the last 6 years, I’ve developed a strong interest in golf performance, particularly helping golfers build the strength and movement quality needed to play well, reduce injury risk, and enjoy the game more.My coaching focuses on progressive strength training that supports your sport, your health, and your life outside the gym.
